Cancellation & Refund Policy

Please read this policy carefully before subscribing to any PodQuest plan.

Platform: PodQuest AI – Podcast Collaboration Infrastructure Platform (PCIP)

PodQuest AI provides subscription-based services for podcast creators, guests, brands, and agencies through its AI-powered collaboration ecosystem. By purchasing or subscribing to any PodQuest AI service, users agree to the terms stated below.

1. Subscription Plans Covered

This policy applies to the following subscription plans offered on PodQuest AI:

Creator / Host

₹499/month

AI tools, creator dashboards, collaboration features, and podcast management tools.

Guest

₹999/month

Request podcast appearances, schedule with hosts, and join collaboration opportunities.

Brand

₹1,299/month

Collaborate with creators, promote products/services, and run podcast marketing campaigns.

Agency / Enterprise

From ₹4,999/month

Enterprise-level access for agencies managing multiple creators or campaigns (up to ₹9,999/month).

2. Subscription Cancellation

Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their PodQuest account dashboard.

  • The subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Users will continue to have access to premium features until expiry.
  • No further charges will be applied after cancellation.

We encourage you to cancel near the end of your billing cycle to fully utilize your plan benefits.

3. Refund Policy

If a user cancels their subscription, they may be eligible for a refund under the following terms:

  • Refund requests must be submitted through PodQuest AI support or your account dashboard.
  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 15 days from the date of the request.
  • After processing, it may take up to 7 business days for the amount to reflect in your original payment method.
  • Refund eligibility may depend on service usage and platform activity during the billing period.

4. Credits & Usage Adjustment

Some PodQuest AI subscriptions include platform credits used for AI tools, guest booking, or collaboration services.

Example: If a Creator / Host subscribes to the ₹499 monthly plan and receives 100 platform credits, but cancels before the billing cycle ends — the system will automatically adjust the account to the free-tier allocation of 5 credits. Unused premium credits expire upon cancellation.

To fully utilize purchased credits, users are recommended to cancel at the end of the billing cycle. This applies to all user types: Creators, Guests, Brands, and Agencies.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be issued under the following conditions:

  • If subscription services, AI tools, or credits have already been significantly used.
  • If the cancellation request is submitted after the billing cycle has already completed.
  • Promotional, discounted, or special offer plans may carry separate refund terms.

6. Platform Abuse & Fraud Protection

PodQuest AI reserves the right to deny refunds or suspend accounts if:

  • Users attempt to exploit subscription benefits repeatedly.
  • Fraudulent activity or misuse of platform services is detected.
  • The user violates PodQuest AI's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.

7. Payment Processing

  • All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways (Razorpay).
  • Refunds, when approved, will be issued through the same payment method used for the original transaction.
  • PodQuest AI does not store or retain sensitive payment information.

8. Changes to This Policy

PodQuest AI reserves the right to update this policy to reflect platform updates or regulatory requirements. Users will be notified via website announcements, email notifications, and platform alerts.
